I got blocked from my ESP, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear you've been blocked from your email service provider! Having your account suspended is never pleasant, but don't worry, we can help you fix this problem! Getting your email list validated will get you back to sending email and is the 1st step in getting back in compliance with industry best practices and with your ESP's standards.

To avoid being blocked from sending mail we've designed a service specifically for MailChimp customers! Email Assurance is an ongoing list maintenance subscription, helping you to stay in compliance, uphold your reputation, and keep bad data off your lists for good.

How do I get started with ongoing list maintenance? 

To get you back in compliance with your ESP, we’ll have you link your MailChimp account so that we can access each list. Your lists will be ran for deliverability issues concerning each individual email. When we’re finished with your list(s), you’ll receive an email letting you know it has been analyzed. From here, you can access a report for each list containing insight into why your emails are deliverable or undeliverable.

After viewing your reports, you'll have the option of purchasing Email Validation or Email Assurance. To ensure that your lists within your MailChimp account are protected, choose the Email Assurance option
