If your account with an email service provider has been suspended, then may have received warnings and and know that you can no longer send email. When your account is suspended, your ESP is attempting to protect their own sender reputation by blocking you.
There are several reasons why your ESP may have suspended your account:
- High Abuse Complaints
- High Bounce Rates
- High Unsubscribe Rates
- Direct Complaints
- Email lists fall out of compliance
Here's how you can fix your your suspended account:
When you're been suspended from sending, your ESP will let you know that you're unable to send mail. If you're a MailChimp or Constant Contact user, you can simply link an account to DataValidation and receive a Free Email Assurance Report for every email list. Monitor your lists for free, have list(s) cleaned up, and sync straight back to MailChimp or Constant Contact.
If you use another ESP, you can export problematic lists and upload to DataValidation! Receive a Free Email Assurance Report for every list uploaded, and monitor them for free. When you're ready to clean them up, you can have a list validated and download a Safe to Send list.
