I purchased my list but cannot retrieve it, what should I do?

Sometimes when our system is busy, it may take longer than 10 minutes to generate your email list for download after purchasing.

If your list is pending for a long amount of time, there may be an issue with formatting. This issue may be an easy fix that can be quickly done by our Support Team. Sometimes, this issue needs to be escalated. If files contain internal errors, they may need to be reviewed by our Technical Team.
